Jordan Woodlief

Jordan S. Woodlief is an associate attorney with Hyder Immigration Law who primarily focuses her practice on removal defense. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International & Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Ms. Woodlief worked on family-based and humanitarian-based immigration matters as a paralegal before earning her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law. Before joining Hyder Immigration Law, Ms. Woodlief practiced with Cruz Law, PLLC in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Throughout law school, Ms. Woodlief represented clients in both the Immigration Law Clinic and the Decarceration & Community Reentry Clinic, as well as completed over 200 pro bono hours with organizations like the Legal Aid Justice Center and ACLU National Prison Project. Since being admitted to practice law, Ms. Woodlief has enjoyed mentoring law students in similar pro bono work.

Ms. Woodlief currently resides in Williamsburg, Virginia with her husband and two cats. In her free time, she likes to cook, watch her favorite sports teams, and play video games.
